Great time to become a Stella & Dot Stylist!

I keep wondering if I should become a Stella & Dot stylist.  I LOVE their jewellery, its all kinds of gorgeous and if you’re a celeb stalker, you notice that a lot of Stella & Dot pieces are worn by your favourite ladies too.  They seem to be right on target for seasonal trends with both colour and style and who doesn’t want to look trendy, right?

The only reason why I wouldn’t personally become a stylist is if a lot of their jewellery wouldn’t fit me.  I don’t know if it does or not, because I never tried it on. I’ve only been able to admire from afar, but I like what I see.  If you don’t have an issue for sizing though, I would definitely recommend becoming a stylist with their current sale.

The sale price alone, $199 for $450 worth of Stella & Dot accessories is truly awesome!  Their product looks like really great quality from what I’ve seen in magazines, and affordable too with most of their line priced under $50 a piece!  And  if you want to turn your Stylist cred into a biz, who doesn’t need a bit of extra spending money, especially with the holiday season fast approaching!

Go check their site out now, and let me know if you do become a Stella & Dot Stylist.  I’d love to know if they have bracelets that fit bigger wrists!

  • What size is your wrist? I was a Stylist until just recently so I've got a pretty good idea about sizing for the bracelets. I have 7-1/2" wrists and about 30% of their bracelets were too small for me. Some I was able to use an extender with to make them work but others - like the Tempest, which I adore - were simply impossible. Another point of unhappiness for me was that their ring sizing stopped at size 9 and my fingers were a size 10 at the time. Finally, several of the necklaces are 16" with two inch extenders but don't lay quite right when fastened at the extender loop instead of at the 16" loop. The minimum length I need is 18" in order not to cut into my skin, so those necklaces were pretty much a miss for me.

The new bags and scarves, though, were AH-mazing and worth the price of signing up all by themselves! My favorite bag was the Getaway in the elephant print - love carrying it through the lobby of high-end hotels and watching people stop to check it out. Also the Bryant Park scarf in tan from last Winter - leopard print! (I kept that one for myself even after it was discontinued and I NEVER did that with samples.)

All in all, it's a great company with gorgeous products, so if you've got enough friends with money to spare (and lots of friends whose info they're happy to share with you), you can have a very successful business. For me, my friends, work associates, and family either already had their own Stylist, were a Stylist, or balked at the pricing on some of the flashier/most covetable pieces.

    • OMGosh, I can't believe I missed this comment back in Oct! *facepalm* Thanks so much for all of that awesome info Denise! Now I know what to look for when considering a purchase! <3 I'm a hopeless bag lady, so I completely agree on the styles S&D have, they're all so gorgeous. Especially that poppy red they're showcasing right now! *love it*
