What do you see?

Besides an amazing singer of soul, she's flat out gorgeous. Her bone structure, her locks, her sense of style, she's totally flawless in my humble opinion.

But not to Karl Lagerfeld, head designer and creative director for Chanel, whom in a recent interview stated that he loved her “beautiful face and divine voice”, but… “she's a little too fat”.

Why should weight be a definition of a person's character?

It really is like saying, but… “her hair is brown.”

So what?!

Her body mass has nothing (or perhaps everything) to do with how incredibly fantastic she is.

I'm not sure if this is in response to Lagerfeld's book cover-judging policy, but she has mentioned in an interview, “I have insecurities of course, but I don’t hang out with anyone who points them out to me.” Which all I can say is: Good for her!! It's a life lesson that anyone should grasp, if a person is too insecure with themselves that they have to try to tear you down, don't associate with them.

I find it difficult that these two will ever share a table.
