In a Gifting Rut This Year? GIFTS MADE EASY with Shoppers Drug Mart

Wow, I can’t believe its already that time of year again! Time to prep the home for Christmas décor, which means figuring out where we’re going to display our tree this year, and plan out the ever-entertaining furniture shuffle. While rearranging our basement for the umpteenth time this season, I’m comforted in knowing that I won’t be preoccupied with gift giving confusion too. Already knowing what certain members of my family will want to be gifted with this year, I have so much more time to work out where Goofy Santa will sit happily this year (on a window sill? Maybe the hutch? Oooh, how about the side table?) Thankfully, Shoppers Drug Mart has once again stepped up with GIFTS MADE EASY, for easy gifting decisions (leaving more time for everything else on my holiday To Do list.) They did all the work, BUT I’ll be the one looking like a genius when it comes time to tear away the sparkly gift wrap! What’s not to love?

It’s a good thing that neither my sister nor mother are online much, lol, ’cause I’m going to share with you what they’ll be gifted with this year. It is entirely obvious to anyone who knows our family, that both The Sis and I got our love for makeup from our mother. Growing up, we would sit in her bedroom and check out all the cool shades of eye shadow and lipstick she’d have picked up for the season, and she had the cutest collection of tiny perfume bottles that we played with more than once.

I love how it has such a fabulous collection of eye shadow pallets, especially since we both have a tendency to mix n’ match shades to get the specific look we want on any given day. With this kit, she won’t be left wanting for that perfect shade to complete any look.

It was either that or the exclusive Quo by Orly 18 piece Mini Nail Polish Set, which I know I would “borrow” from her repeatedly. So I think I’ll be picking one of these kits up for myself (there are so many gorgeous sparkling pretties in there for holiday partying, WOW!) and if Mom needs a gift idea for The Sis, she’ll have her own kit, instead of “borrowing” from me!

Last year, I bought Mom the exclusive Fragrance Sampler & Certificate Collector’s Edition For Her (I think for her birthday,) which she truly adored. It really is the best way to test all the top scents at home, and have a better idea of which one is truly your fave (without competing scents at the store making it harder to decide if a particular perfume will still smell great when you bring it home.)

So while I know that this would be a huge hit again with my mom, I’m thinking I might switch it up a bit and get her the exclusive (and I believe, brand new) Eye Studio Mascara Sampler for her to find that perfect mascara instead.
